One of the most frequently asked questions we answer is whether a conference or meeting planner is required to use the in-house AV department for their conference. This was a great location for AV Connections, Inc. to provide conference AV rentals in Greensboro NC! We were pleased to be at a new job site for our work conference AV rentals in Greensboro, NC: the Greensboro Marriott Downtown. We’ve been in business in NC for thirty years, it was a wonderful experience to work with a familiar client in a newer venue for AV Connections, Inc. A repeat NC conference client called on us to provide AV rentals and event audio technicians in Greensboro, NC.

We were on site at the Greensboro Marriott Downtown four days on site providing conference and meeting AV and lighting for Wake Forest’s School of Medicine’s Northwest Area Health Education Center.

Raleigh NC Conference Audio Visual by AV Connections, Inc for NC Cancer Survivorship Summit

AV Connections, Inc. was so moved to be the Raleigh NC conference audio visual provider selected to serve the NC Cancer Survivorship Summit and WISEWOMAN Program at their annual conference. The conference, held this past week in Raleigh, NC provides healthy survivorship topics to survivors and caregivers. Winston-Salem Meeting Audio Visual Rentals for Wake Forest Alumni Council by AV Connections, Inc.

Spring has arrived on Wake Forest‘s campus and we have been out providing meeting audio visual rentals from our Winston-Salem office to WF’s Alumni Council meeting. AV Connections, Inc. was pleased to be the meeting audio visual provider of choice for the spring Alumni Council gathering on WF’s campus. A bit of decent weather finally arrived, Winston-Salem is beginning to show signs of warmer weather and we were thrilled to be out on Wake Forest’s magnificent historic campus last week.

More Winston-Salem meeting audio visual from AV Connections, Inc this week on the blog. At gathering of fifty or so of Wake Forest influential alumni and boosters went off without an audio visual hitch. We were excited to get a chance to see Dave Clawson in person for the first time. Coach Clawson has just become the head coach of Wake Forest’s football program and was on hand to meet and address the alumni meeting. Wake Forest hired Dave Clawson away from University of Tennessee. Clawson most recently served as Offensive Coordinator for the Tennessee Vol’s. Wake Forest and all in Winston-Salem, NC are pleased to see Clawson join the Wake Forest University community.

This was just a great opportunity to provide Winston-Salem meeting audio visual to our amazing clients at Wake Forest and get to meet a local celebrity. Football, being something of an important spectator hobby in North Carolina!

High Point AV for Market Trade Show Sales Booths and Workshops from AV Connections

Another great show week for us doing High Point AV for the High Point Furniture Market spring shows. This is the largest home trade show in the United States which North Carolina is please to host twice yearly in the furniture design capital of the United States. Wedding Lighting and Conference Audio Visual at Graylyn in NC by AV Connections, Inc.

We were thrilled to provide conference audio visual and wedding lighting rentals and staging available at Graylyn Conference Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This past week our crews were at Graylyn, in our corporate headquarters’ hometown of Winston-Salem to provide conference audio visual for the Wake Forest University Family Business Forum.

Graylyn is an incredible venue at which to hold a wedding, conference, gala, or meeting and we are pleased to help you with conference audio visual or wedding lighting at this facility. Graylyn, completed in 1928, was originally the home for the Bowman Gray family of Winston-Salem, NC. Bowman Gray was a som of the founder of Wachovia Bank, and Bowman went on to become the Chairman of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company. In 1946, the Bowman family donated the Graylyn estate to the Wake Forest University psychiatric hospital, and Graylyn operated in that capacity until 1959. In 1972 a descendant of the Gray family purchased Graylyn and immediately donated it to Wake Forest University. Graylyn is operated by the university and continues to support the goals of Wake Forest University and is available for conference and wedding rentals as well.
